After we visit the gallery -- we'll adjourn to Cafe Express, 1101 Uptown Park, Houston, TX 77056 (from Eastman Gallery, go south on Post Oak Rd., continue south on the access road to Loop 610, go past Memorial Drive and Woodway, and watch for the Uptown Park signs on your right -- turn in to find Cafe Express). We'll continue our discussion of possibilities for holding our first show at Eastman Gallery.
Several of our Artists Alive and Well artists are already showing at Eastman Gallery. After more of us see the gallery in person and meet the owner, Richard Eastman, we should be prepared to decide what will work best for our group or if we should pursue another venue.
PLEASE JOIN US AT EASTMAN GALLERY OR, IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE GALLERY, COME TO CAFE EXPRESS. SINCE I'M NOT SURE HOW LONG WE'LL STAY AT THE GALLERY, PLEASE PHONE ME (281-451-3808) ABOUT 8PM TO FIND OUT WHEN TO ARRIVE AT THE CAFE.
